ePortfolio for Dentistry

The 'generic' ePortfolio developed in an FDTL4 project has been adapted for use in a national project involving 6 Dental Schools and 2 Postgraduate Deaneries.

Piloting with students at Queen Mary's University of London and vocational trainees in the Northern region began in September 2004.

The project has funded an ePortfolio developer post in the School of Medical Education Development at Newcastle University and a Researcher based at Queen Mary�s University of London.

The project was presented by Liz Davenport at the Association for Dental Education in Europe (ADEE) Annual Meeting in Cardiff 2004. Download the presentation Transferable electronic portfolios for the dental curriculum (PDF).
